Executive Director

About the role

The Executive Director will lead a prominent industry association shaping Singapore’s entertainment and experience sector. This senior position reports to the Executive Committee and drives strategic, advocacy, and financial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a multi‑year strategy aligned with national tourism priorities.
• Position the association as the leading voice in the attractions sector and advise members on trends.
• Lead industry advocacy, representing members with government and regulatory bodies.
• Drive member engagement, retention, and value through structured platforms.
• Develop and deliver impactful programmes and multi‑stakeholder partnerships.
• Build a sustainable revenue model, securing sponsorships, partnerships and funding.
• Ensure strong financial management, governance and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop the Secretariat while advising the Executive Committee.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in associations, tourism, hospitality or related sectors.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and partnership development.
• Experience working with government and multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience engaging Boards or Executive Committees.
