Executive / Senior Executive – Ecosystem Operations & Engagement

About the role

The Executive / Senior Executive, Ecosystem Operations & Engagement will support community operations, member engagement and the delivery of ecosystem activities at co11ab, Singapore's first biomedtech incubator. Reporting to the Deputy Director, the role ensures seamless experiences for members, partners and visitors through coordinated programmes, outreach initiatives and marketing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage member onboarding, engagement and community‑building activities, and support the membership programme administration.
• Coordinate ecosystem visits, delegations, stakeholder meetings and visitor management, maintaining CRM and engagement records.
• Deliver programmes, workshops, networking events and outreach activities, liaising with internal teams, speakers, vendors and partners.
• Support conferences, exhibitions, roadshows and other ecosystem engagement initiatives.
• Update the co11ab website, digital platforms and marketing collateral; manage LinkedIn, newsletters and community communications.
• Provide administrative and operational support, maintain accurate records and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
