Executive/Senior Executive, Digital Experience (2-Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an Executive/Senior Executive to lead the digital experience of Ascott’s global brand website. The role will manage website content, SEO, and overall digital optimisation over a two‑year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end property onboarding, content updates, publishing and quality assurance across the global website, ensuring brand compliance and SEO best practices.
• Coordinate with regional teams, internal stakeholders and external vendors on website content initiatives and enhancement projects.
• Establish and maintain content governance processes, approval workflows and quality controls; conduct regular audits and drive remediation plans.
• Support the SEO content framework, conduct keyword research, metadata optimisation, internal linking and content refresh programmes.
• Monitor website performance, including emerging AI‑assisted search experiences, and provide insights to improve discoverability and engagement.
• Plan, coordinate and implement website enhancements, landing pages and digital experiences, managing UAT and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with agencies, technology vendors and external partners, providing guidance on website content, SEO and digital experience best practices.
• Track project progress, risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
