About the role

Join a well‑known Singapore Chinese cuisine chain as a Kitchen Assistant/Cook. This full‑time position involves preparing Chinese Zi Char dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and working 50 hours per week across two shift options.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Chinese Zi Char dishes following established recipes.
  • Manage kitchen tasks efficiently during assigned shifts (9 am‑8:30 pm or 10:30 am‑10 pm) with a 1.5‑hour break.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to meet hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order preparation.
  • Participate in cooking skill training to improve culinary techniques.

Required profile

  • Fresh or entry‑level candidates.
  • Willingness to work 50 hours per week, five days a week.
  • Ability to work either of the two shift patterns.
