Finance Analyst

About the role

Vopak is looking for a Finance Analyst to support its global operations. You will be responsible for financial reporting, planning, analysis, and statutory tax reporting while partnering with business units to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Financial Planning & Analysis process, including monthly flash reporting, budgeting, latest estimates and OPEX dashboard.
• Lead statutory reporting for corporate tax and act as the main liaison with IRAS.
• Coordinate investment incentive applications with EDB or IRAS.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
• Support P&L analytics, long‑term value creation projects and automation of data workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis or related fields.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with solid understanding of financial reporting and management concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle ERP.
• Experience using Tagetik reporting software.
