Finance Manager (FP&A)

About the role

Anaplan is seeking a technology‑savvy Finance Manager to join its APAC Finance team in Singapore. The role partners with Go‑to‑Market, Sales Ops, Accounting and senior leadership to provide actionable insights that drive profitable growth for a high‑growth SaaS business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and participate in finance, planning and reporting activities across the APAC region.
• Lead the P&L process and strategic analysis for GTM functions, focusing on revenue drivers, resource allocation and expense management.
• Leverage Anaplan’s platform and data analysis to deliver insightful recommendations for decision‑making.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to automate financial reporting and enable predictive analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or business finance experience in a high‑growth global SaaS environment.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to work cross‑functionally and drive alignment in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling.
• Experience with enterprise financial planning tools, especially Anaplan.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting complex information.
