Finance Services Manager – Reconciliation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Services Manager who will act as a Reconciliation Specialist, ensuring robust financial controls as Revolut expands globally. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, supporting the Finance, Accounting and Product teams to maintain accurate reconciliation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Product teams to implement and monitor reconciliation controls.
• Track upcoming and overdue reconciliation breaks, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, optimise reconciliation workflows and escalate complex issues to product teams.
• Partner with Product to identify systemic trends causing breaks and develop long‑term solutions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Perform reconciliation testing for integration changes and new product releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Reconciliation Specialist or similar role in financial services or banking.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Self‑starter attitude, ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
