Financial Controller – International Industrial & Construction Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to act as a trusted finance partner for senior business leaders in a fast‑growing international organisation operating in the industrial and construction solutions sector. The role combines strategic planning, performance management and deep financial analysis to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on strategic and operational decisions, translating business priorities into financial outcomes.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑range planning and financial modelling to support targets and initiatives.
• Drive monthly performance reviews, analysing P&L results, key drivers, risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate profitability across products, customers, channels and business segments; support investment evaluations and business cases.
• Strengthen financial governance through effective controls, KPI monitoring, reporting and resource accountability.
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting tools, dashboards and data analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; CPA, ACCA or CA advantageous.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controlling or Commercial Finance.
• Proven track record leading budgeting, forecasting, performance management, financial modelling and strategic planning.
• Strong P&L management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
