About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Financial Controller to act as a strategic business partner for the CEO. In this high‑impact position you will shape financial direction, support strategic decisions and partner with high‑performing business units.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver forward‑looking financial planning and analysis to guide corporate direction.
• Evaluate financial performance, translate complex data into actionable recommendations and link operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance‑management processes.
• Guide finance workstreams for business development, M&A and global partnership initiatives.
• Oversee group reporting to the parent company, ensuring robust governance and risk management.
• Inspire and develop a high‑performing finance team while championing continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with professional accreditation.
• Relevant experience in similar corporate finance roles.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Sharp decision‑making, high ethical standards and governance mindset.
• Proven track record of motivating finance personnel and collaborating across functions.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing C‑suite executives and Board members.
