APAC Value Creation Finance Lead

About the role

Become part of the team powering household names like Kleenex®, Scott®, and WypAll®. The APAC Value Creation Finance Lead provides financial leadership, analytical power and constructive challenge to support Value Creation plans and exceed EBITDA targets across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the ABU President and APAC Leadership Team, shaping Value Creation plans and delivering robust analysis.
• Lead monthly performance reporting, translating financial results and KPIs into clear insight.
• Own and drive the financial performance of the VC agenda, ensuring forecast accuracy and risk mitigation.
• Provide disciplined investment decisions supported by strong business cases.
• Challenge and support Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Marketing decisions.
• Build and coach analytical capability within mills and supply‑chain finance teams.
• Partner with the Transformation Office, APAC Value Creation Lead, PMO and FP&A teams.

Required profile

• Experienced finance leader with ~10 years progressive experience, including P&L ownership and supply‑chain finance.
• Professional accounting qualification, MBA or equivalent senior finance experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical and influencing skills, able to challenge senior leaders.
• Enterprise mindset with ability to work across diverse cultures, functions and geographies.
• Excellent English communication skills for complex financial matters.
