Freight Operations Supervisor (MNX)

About the role

We are seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor to lead customer‑focused and end‑to‑end logistics activities for air and sea shipments, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service – monitor satisfaction, respond promptly to inquiries, manage expectations, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Operations – coordinate air and sea freight shipments, arrange bookings with carriers and co‑loaders, prepare billing and documentation, handle import/export permits and customs clearance, secure cargo space, and support cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in air‑freight logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain, preferably in healthcare.
• Prior supervisory or people‑management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work beyond regular business hours when required.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of CargoWise.
• Experience with TradeNet declaration permits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
