Full-Stack Designer

About the role

Ordinary Folk is seeking a multidisciplinary Full-Stack Designer to create ad‑creative that captures attention, conveys health information clearly, and drives action. You will work across static design, short‑form video, motion graphics, email, and web, turning briefs into finished assets that power our consumer‑healthcare brands.

Key responsibilities

• Produce ad assets for all formats, including static images, carousels, 15‑60 second short‑form videos, and motion graphics.
• Edit and repurpose UGC, influencer footage, and raw video into polished ad creative.
• Create A/B testing variations—different hooks, thumbnails, end frames, and calls‑to‑action.
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative to platform‑specific best practices for Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with a Creative Strategist on briefs, own a brand, condition, and market within a focused marketing pod.
• Edit short‑form videos such as product unboxings, testimonials, doctor‑led explainers, and UGC‑style ads.
• Design motion graphics and animations for explainer and advertising content.

Required profile

• Hands‑on designer who enjoys making, experimenting, and moving fluidly between formats.
• Ability to translate complex health topics into clear, human‑focused visual narratives.
• Comfort with using performance data to iterate and improve creative.

Required skills

• Static image creation for advertising.
• Short‑form video editing (15–60 seconds).
