Global Tax Manager

About the role

CodaCoda is seeking a Global Tax Manager to join its rapidly expanding finance function. Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will work across Singapore and the Netherlands hubs, partnering with finance, legal and business teams to navigate an increasingly complex international tax landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance for APAC and Europe, coordinating internal finance teams and external advisors to ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Advise business units on tax implications of new products and market entries, supporting informed decision‑making.
• Coordinate tax controversy matters, including audits, submissions and resolution processes.
• Support design and implementation of tax structures and intercompany agreements, ensuring transfer‑pricing documentation and filings are up‑to‑date.
• Drive process optimisation and adoption of tax technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor global tax legislation changes, identify potential impacts and provide proactive tax solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing tax compliance and controversy in multiple jurisdictions, preferably APAC and Europe.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with finance, legal and business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and technology adoption.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex tax concepts into actionable business advice.
