Graduate Associate – Corporate Tax Consulting

About the role

KPMG Singapore is seeking a Graduate Associate to join its Corporate Tax Consulting team. You will work on a variety of tax projects for multinational clients, helping them navigate cross‑border transactions, restructuring, and compliance challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on cross‑border transactions, including equity and debt investments, financing, leasing and trading.
• Support corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and stamp duty/property tax matters.
• Develop innovative tax solutions aligned with clients' business strategies.
• Assist on tax due diligence, tax rulings, and tax risk management projects.
• Drive regional or global tax initiatives from the Singapore office.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law.
• Knowledge of taxation from an economic or legal perspective is an advantage.
• Strong academic record with notable co‑curricular achievements.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
