Graduate Associate – Explore Programme (2027)

About the role

Join KPMG’s Explore Programme, a two‑year rotational graduate associate track that provides exposure across audit, tax and advisory functions. You will receive structured training, on‑the‑job learning and mentorship to build a broad professional skillset.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through audit, tax and advisory teams, contributing to real client projects.
• Participate in structured training sessions and on‑the‑job learning activities.
• Leverage transformational technology to deliver value to clients.
• Network with professionals across the firm and build a firm‑wide relationship base.
• Receive continuous support from leaders, seniors and a dedicated programme team.
• At programme completion, be placed as a specialist in audit, tax or advisory.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline with strong academic and co‑curricular achievements.
• Graduation expected between July 2026 and September 2027.
• Highly motivated, curious and able to understand multiple business disciplines quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving ability and resilience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
