About the role
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Talent Recruiter to join our fast‑growing team. This entry‑level position offers exposure to business development, account management and talent acquisition while working in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Business Development: Initiate marketing and outreach activities to attract new corporate clients and expand your own portfolio.
- Account Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand and fulfil their hiring needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Publish job ads, source candidates and manage referrals to maintain a steady pipeline of talent.
- Candidate Management: Oversee candidates’ job expectations, payroll details and employment benefits.
Required profile
- Minimum degree in any discipline.
- Strong interest in marketing and/or business development with good business acumen.
- Enthusiasm, passion for people and a positive attitude.
- Extra points for a proven track record in sports or co‑curricular activities.
