HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition Focus

About the role

As an HR Specialist with a Talent Acquisition focus at NTS Singapore, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner with business leaders, and ensure a great candidate experience while supporting internship and young talent programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding across multiple functions and levels.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, career fairs and direct sourcing.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, monitor recruitment metrics and produce hiring reports.
• Lead internship and Young Talents outreach, collaborate with educational institutions and attend career fairs.
• Ensure compliance with MOM and TAFEP recruitment regulations.
• Support broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, training administration, HR projects and policy implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor or high‑tech environments.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MOM and TAFEP recruitment compliance.
• Proven ability to recruit across diverse functions and seniority levels.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
