Graphic Design & Marketing Business Development Senior Exec

About the role

We are looking for a senior executive who will combine graphic design expertise with marketing and business development responsibilities for KELE, a Singapore heritage brand. The role is based in Jurong West and involves creating visual assets, driving digital campaigns and establishing partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging, mascots, product visuals and other marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Lead full‑scope digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, ATL and BTL activities.
• Develop and manage business development initiatives such as collaborations, partnerships and events.
• Create and maintain website content, optimise SEO/SEM, and support Shopify store development.
• Produce marketing decks, copywriting, brochures and oversee campaign roll‑out and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with sales, BD, operations and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design background with proven ability to produce packaging and product illustrations.
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing and business development, preferably in events and partner collaborations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
