Group Accountant – Consolidation & Reporting

About the role
The global logistics and shipping group is looking for a Group Accountant to join its Singapore office. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead consolidation and group financial reporting activities across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare consolidation schedules and group financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
- Compile reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support statutory audits and liaise with auditors.
- Collaborate with subsidiary finance teams and Group Finance to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist with head‑office accounting tasks and drive improvements in reporting processes, controls and systems.
Required profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA or equivalent.
- 3–8 years of experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, audit or corporate finance.
- Experience in a holding company, diversified group or audit firm is preferred.
