Group Financial Controller (Regional)

About the role

The Group Financial Controller (Regional) will report directly to the Group CFO and lead a high‑performing finance team. This strategic position oversees the global financial close, consolidations across multiple entities and provides actionable management and statutory reporting for the executive board.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end reporting cycle, ensuring accurate multi‑entity and multi‑currency consolidations.
• Prepare and present clear management and statutory reports to senior leadership.
• Partner with business heads across diverse product lines to support operational decisions.
• Manage corporate governance, statutory compliance, and complex audit and tax processes in multiple jurisdictions.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering an inclusive and high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with a professional accreditation (CA, CPA, ACCA, etc.).
• Significant experience in financial leadership, preferably as a Regional Controller in a complex, multi‑layered organization.
• Proven ability to handle diverse product lines and build strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership style that empowers teams and drives results.
