Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can own or co‑manage acquisition channels, turn attention into sign‑ups and customers, and help shape the company’s growth engine from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end growth strategies across one or multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, outbound, referral, content, lifecycle).
• Generate qualified leads and drive user sign‑ups by building and optimizing funnels and landing pages.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, offers and funnels; discontinue under‑performing tactics and scale successful ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritisation of growth initiatives.
• Track, analyse and report on all metrics, turning data into clear growth narratives.

• Fast learner who can quickly acquire new channel skills and tools.
• Highly motivated to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong data‑driven decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enhanced marketing tools.
• Knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, outbound, content and lifecycle marketing.
