Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Growth Marketing Specialist will join Tencent's Platform & Content Group (PCG) to drive international user acquisition and product launches. You will combine deep market research, creative copywriting, and data‑driven optimization to expand Tencent's content ecosystem across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on target international markets, develop user personas, and map purchasing behavior.
• Lead creative direction for copywriting and UI localization, ensuring cultural and religious relevance.
• Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns for products at different lifecycle stages, leveraging organic loops, viral mechanics, and low‑budget tactics.
• Monitor acquisition funnels, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to meet growth targets.
• Maintain awareness of app‑store guidelines, global copyright laws, and regional regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in global growth marketing or product operations, preferably in social, AI, or entertainment tech.
• Proven track record of taking a product from zero to launch.
• Strong aesthetic sense, internet‑culture awareness, and excellent storytelling abilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to collaborate across regions.
