Growth Video/Image Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative professional to lead AI‑driven video and image production for our growth advertising initiatives. You will combine cutting‑edge generative models with traditional post‑production tools to deliver high‑impact ad creatives that drive conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Use mainstream AI video and image generation models, along with editing, motion‑graphics and audio‑visual compositing tools, to independently manage ideation, asset generation, and post‑production for growth ad videos and marketing images.
• Design and implement an automated visual‑asset pipeline powered by AI Agents, covering ad video creation, marketing image editing, and website page design.
• Deconstruct high‑conversion visual language (narrative pacing, camera work, hooks, layout, colour, composition) and translate findings into reusable prompt strategies and Agent workflows.
• Build a quantitative evaluation system that scores content quality and ad delivery performance, providing optimization recommendations and owning final output quality.
• Address pipeline issues such as style inconsistency, brand deviation, visual coherence, and localisation, ensuring stable batch‑produced content.
• Collaborate across algorithms, design, and operations teams to accelerate growth projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; backgrounds in film/TV production, digital media art, animation, visual communication or advertising design are preferred.
• 5+ years in ad video design, internet visual design, or overseas growth asset design, plus 2+ years hands‑on with AI‑driven design, automated asset production, or Agent‑based tools.
• Deep understanding of the capabilities and limits of mainstream image/video foundation models and AI Agents.
• Familiarity with overseas growth ad creative workflows (in‑feed video ads, TikTok/YouTube/Meta assets, landing pages, campaign pages).
