Hardware Design Engineer

About the role

The company develops advanced industrial controller products for manufacturing, process industries and infrastructure. As a Hardware Design Engineer you will be responsible for creating reliable electronic hardware that meets the demanding requirements of industrial automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic hardware for industrial controller and automation products.
• Lead hardware development activities including circuit design, implementation, troubleshooting, validation testing, compliance testing and technical documentation.
• Support existing products through quality improvement, feature enhancements, cost optimisation and customer‑specific customisation projects.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Work closely with suppliers on technical discussions, testing methodologies, issue identification and problem resolution.
• Participate throughout the full product development lifecycle, from concept design through product release.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics hardware design and development.
• Experience in analog circuit design, including DACs, ADCs, power management circuits, isolated power supplies and digital I/O circuitry.
• Hands‑on experience with circuit simulation, schematic capture, PCB layout, hardware debugging, component derating and product release processes.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with capacity to work independently.
