HR Executive – Mobility, Onboarding & HRIS

About the role

The HR Executive supports core human‑resources functions, focusing on employee mobility, onboarding, HRIS data management, employee engagement and general HR administration. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners and the Compensation & Benefits team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee transfers, including shipping, temporary accommodation, flight bookings, school enrolment and fee payments.
• Assist with immigration, work permits and ensure compliance with cross‑border regulations.
• Prepare appointment letters, addendums and set up new‑hire accounts such as travel portal access.
• Manage benefits enrolment, insurance, flex benefits and health screenings.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, perform data entry, updates and regular data quality checks.
• Generate HR reports and support payroll and reporting processes.
• Develop and execute employee engagement activities, surveys and team‑building events.
• Handle work‑pass applications, renewals, cancellations and provide policy guidance.
• Support HR projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
