HR Intern - Talent Acquisition Support

About the role

This internship offers exposure to talent acquisition and employer branding within a human resources setting. The intern supports the recruitment process, from promoting career opportunities to coordinating interviews and helping with onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Propose new talent engagement initiatives, including using New Media tools to strengthen employer branding and reach a targeted talent pool.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for shortlisted applicants, make sure required documents are submitted and verified, and administer pre-interview questions where applicable.
• Support Talent Acquisition operations such as facilitating onboarding and collating and analysing data.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Student with a background in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a similar field preferred.
• Meticulous, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable scheduling interviews and contacting potential candidates; able to work independently and multi-task.
• Interest in New Media tools and comfort managing data.
• Able to commit full time from October 2026 to April 2027 for at least 5 to 7 months; availability should be stated in the CV.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
