HR Operations Coordinator

About the role

Nas.com is looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to shape a great employee experience and keep People operations running smoothly. Based in Singapore, you will work across onboarding, recruitment support, culture initiatives, and office administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, ensuring new hires have everything they need for a successful first day.
• Serve as the go‑to contact for everyday HR queries from employees.
• Support recruitment by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for multiple teams.
• Organise team activities, celebrations, company events and employee recognition programs.
• Manage office logistics: vendor relationships, supplies, equipment, deliveries and day‑to‑day facilities.
• Assist with travel arrangements, meeting setups and other administrative requests.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR workflows.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, recruitment, office management or a similar role.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
