HR Planner – 5 day week

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Planner to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on designing and managing staffing plans across multiple departments, ensuring optimal coverage for a five‑day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs for various shifts, roles, and projects.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, balancing workforce levels and efficiency.
• Monitor attendance and overtime, generate regular staffing reports and analytics.
• Partner with recruitment to fill vacancies and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure all staffing plans comply with Singapore employment laws and internal policies.
• Identify process improvements, recommend optimization strategies, and support HR and operations initiatives.
• Work cross‑functionally with HR, operations, and finance to align staffing with company goals and budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O‑Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
• Understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with workforce management software such as Kronos or ADP.

• Competitive salary range of SGD 2,500 – 2,800 per month.
