HR Specialist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Vantive is seeking an HR Specialist on a 12‑month contract to support its growing organ‑therapy business. The role will act as a trusted adviser on day‑to‑day HR matters, ensuring compliance with policies, labour law and internal processes while contributing to strategic HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR issues such as policy compliance, disciplinary actions, employee relations and exit procedures.
• Design and implement HR projects that improve manpower utilization and support operational managers in workforce planning.
• Lead process‑improvement and change‑management initiatives, including talent reviews and succession planning.
• Monitor external HR trends, assess impact on the business and recommend appropriate actions.
• Serve as the primary HRIS user, maintain data integrity, develop process documentation and deliver training to HR and non‑HR users.

Required profile

• Fresh university degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation is preferred.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data to design new HR programmes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
