Human Resource Manager – Hospitality (Singapore)

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will join the property HR support team at Moxy Singapore Clarke Quay. You will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, compensation, and employee development, while ensuring compliance with local laws and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source candidates, attend job fairs, coordinate interviews, and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
• Administer employee benefits and handle unemployment claim processes, preparing reports and representing the property at hearings.
• Lead employee orientation and ongoing training programs, ensuring new hires are cross‑trained and aligned with the hotel’s service standards.
• Provide HR expertise to property managers on selection procedures and maintain quality control over candidate selection.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of HR or related experience, OR an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, recruitment processes, and employment legislation.
