About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our team across Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring safety and efficiency standards are met.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees, identifying efficiency issues and suggesting improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Problem‑solving skills and ability to work longer hours, including weekends and public holidays.
