Human Resource Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations across our regional offices. Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR governance for a high‑performing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate and operational functions.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers and off‑boarding.
• Oversee monthly payroll, employee benefits and statutory compliance.
• Partner with managers on performance management, employee relations and talent development.
• Maintain HR policies, processes and employee records, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and corporate governance.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
• Support regional HR initiatives, HR systems and continuous process‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to deliver consistent HR practices across multiple countries.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with full‑spectrum exposure.
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting regional or multi‑country operations (highly desirable).
• Background in a listed company, multinational corporation or fast‑growing organisation (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Info‑Tech HRMS or equivalent systems.
