Human Resources Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join a leading international professional services firm in Singapore. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, delivering end‑to‑end HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes and best practices to employees and business leaders.
• Manage onboarding, probation, payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee movements, secondments and off‑boarding.
• Collaborate with recruitment, reward, learning & development and payroll specialists to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Support regulatory compliance and local employment legislation.
• Lead graduate and internship programmes, partner with universities, and coordinate onboarding and development for management associates.
• Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction, performance reviews, salary reviews and bonus cycles.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in professional services, consulting or partnership environments.
• Strong HR operations expertise with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Highly organised, adaptable and solutions‑oriented, able to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• HR policy interpretation and advisory.
• Employee lifecycle management (onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll coordination).
• Regulatory compliance knowledge for Singapore employment law.
• Graduate recruitment and early‑career programme administration.
