Human Resources Executive

About the role

Game Reign, a leading game studio expanding its presence in Asia, is seeking a Human Resources Executive to serve as the primary HR representative for its new Singapore development centre. You will manage the full spectrum of HR operations and help shape a collaborative, fun‑loving workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including records, leave, performance reviews, relations, benefits and off‑boarding.
• Ensure statutory compliance, handle government surveys, CPF, work‑pass applications and other HR administration.
• Partner with Shanghai headquarters on recruitment and HR matters.
• Organise employee engagement events and support staff welfare initiatives.
• Supervise office administration, procurement, insurance, licences, vendor management and workplace logistics.
• Coordinate basic IT and equipment support such as laptop setup and user accounts.
• Provide general HR and administrative support and handle ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities with the capacity to work independently.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese for regular communication with China‑based counterparts.
• Experience in the gaming or technology industry is a plus.
