Influencer & Social Content Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer & Social Content Marketing Manager to lead Chamet’s global creator and social content growth strategy. The role will shape long‑term brand presence and drive user acquisition across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other key platforms in markets such as Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Chamet’s global influencer marketing strategy across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other social platforms.
• Oversee social media content planning, calendars, posting strategy, creative direction and performance review.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage KOL/KOC partnerships, building a multi‑tier creator network.
• Design and launch content‑led campaigns based on market insights, user behavior and local culture.
• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (views, engagement, clicks, registrations, CAC, ROI, LTV) to optimise strategy.
• Establish repeatable processes, playbooks and reporting frameworks for scalable creator‑driven growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, growth or related fields.
• Strong interest in social media, creators, short‑form video and global consumer apps.
• Good content sense and curiosity about performance across different platforms and markets.
• Fast learner, self‑driven, detail‑oriented and willing to take ownership of projects.
• Working‑level proficiency in English; Mandarin knowledge is a plus.
