Information Technology Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Information Technology Recruiter based in Singapore. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technology positions, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and a smooth interview experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full life‑cycle recruitment process for IT and technology roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Conduct interviews, assess technical fit, and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and external clients.
• Deliver high‑volume recruitment targets while ensuring quality of hire.
• Support staffing and contract recruitment initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle technology recruitment.
• Background in staffing and contract recruitment, with a track record of high‑volume hiring.
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.
