Internal Communications & Events Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Internal Communications & Events Executive to shape and deliver brand‑compliant communications across digital and print channels, while orchestrating engaging internal events. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate strategic briefs into clear visual and written outputs that reinforce our corporate identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce eDMs, newsletters, intranet banners, presentation templates, event creatives and print collateral using Figma and the Adobe Suite.
• Maintain SOPs, master templates and a centralized digital asset library to ensure brand consistency.
• Plan and execute internal events (town halls, leadership off‑sites, team gatherings) from concept through logistics, vendor coordination and post‑event reporting.
• Create all event communication touchpoints, manage photo/video production, and act as on‑site production lead.
• Film, edit and archive video content for internal use, maintaining a clean, tagged media library.
• Run internal eDM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, handling scheduling, audience targeting and quality control.
• Uphold corporate identity standards and proactively resolve brand inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field; portfolio required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hybrid communications‑design role, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability for internal audiences.
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and managing ambiguous briefs.

Required skills

• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – mandatory.
• Figma – mandatory.
• Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video‑editing tool – mandatory.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud – exposure or willingness to learn.
• Basic HTML for email formatting – advantage.
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Teams) – proficient.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) – advantage.
