Investment Director – Remote, Global

About the role

RGG Capital is seeking an Investment Director to lead research and manage the end‑to‑end investment process. This remote, high‑autonomy position combines deep market expertise with operational rigor, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead investment due diligence: source, screen, and evaluate opportunities across strategies and geographies, analysing performance, risk metrics and team capabilities.
• Coordinate the due‑diligence lifecycle: maintain trackers, ensure timely updates, and synthesize findings into comprehensive memoranda for senior decision‑makers.
• Conduct macro research and market analysis: monitor macroeconomic data, central‑bank policy and geopolitical developments, develop scenario analyses and provide actionable insights to inform portfolio positioning.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of professional experience in investment management, research, portfolio management or institutional allocation.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Finance, Mathematics, Physics or a related quantitative field.
• Strong written communication and proven ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg and industry‑standard investment tools.

Required skills

• Python programming for investment analysis and portfolio management.
• Bloomberg terminal usage.
