IT Onsite Support Engineer

About the role

ERNI is looking for a motivated IT Onsite Support Engineer to join our Tuas facility. You will be the primary point of contact for end‑user technology needs, ensuring that daily IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for Windows desktops, Microsoft 365 applications, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain hardware, printers, and other office equipment, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist users with software installations, updates, and configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their technology requirements.
• Document incidents and solutions to contribute to knowledge‑base resources.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT operations and end‑user support.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Accountability, willingness to develop technical and professional capabilities.
