IT Project Group Manager – Senior Vice President

About the role
The IT Project Group Manager is responsible for leading complex, high‑impact technology projects across the bank. Reporting at senior level, the role combines strategic direction, resource management and stakeholder negotiation to deliver critical initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all technology components of major, highly complex projects, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule and budget.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, resource allocations and status reports for multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Set staffing guidelines, manage budgets and evaluate performance of sub‑ordinates, including hiring, promotions and terminations.
- Influence senior leaders across functions, assess risk, and ensure compliance with Citi policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in technology roles with proven people‑management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to communicate effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
