IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands‑on, on‑site support for a hedge‑fund office in Singapore, serving a demanding user base that includes VIP and senior stakeholders, while also delivering remote assistance to users in London.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face IT support for the Singapore office.
• Support VIP and senior stakeholders directly.
• Deliver remote support to users in the United Kingdom.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom and Webex.
• Work across Entra ID / Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Exchange.
• Support MDM, macOS, iOS and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Participate in infrastructure issues, projects and improvements.
• Use PowerShell to automate tasks and improve workflows.
• Support AV, meeting‑room technology and general office equipment.
• Participate in an on‑call rota when required.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on IT support experience.
• Confident face‑to‑face and VIP support skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook and Windows 11.
• Good understanding of AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and VPNs.
• PowerShell scripting experience or a strong interest in automation.
• Financial services experience desirable.
• Experience with Bloomberg or Reuters support is a strong plus.
