IT Technician

About the role

The IT Technician will support field operations across Singapore, ensuring that all IT equipment is verified, documented, and returned in proper condition. Working closely with the IT Coordinator, you will help maintain smooth site activities and uphold the company’s security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the IT Coordinator to execute site activities and resolve operational issues.
• Perform verification and fault checks on IT peripherals at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment status, serial numbers, and any discrepancies.
• Report damages or discrepancies in returned equipment.
• Pack and prepare equipment for delivery back to the main office.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data handling policies.
• Support logistics coordination, including arranging transportation of equipment when needed.
• Supervise and guide part‑timers and interns in daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Relevant IT qualification such as Nitec in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware.
• Independent, meticulous, and strong communicator.
• Willingness to travel across Singapore according to deployment schedules.
