Junior Community & Advocacy Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Community & Advocacy Executive to join our fast‑growing skincare brand, Suu Balm. You will work closely with the marketing team to build and nurture creator relationships, drive authentic brand storytelling, and support community‑focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and coordinate with influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors.
• Support the creation of user‑generated content, testimonials and reviews for product launches and campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing community‑building activities across social platforms.
• Collaborate with PR and paid media teams to seed content and amplify reach.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve advocacy initiatives.

Required profile

• Early‑career marketing professional with a passion for social media and community engagement.
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for authentic storytelling.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
