Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

Join Bacha Coffee as a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive and support the HR team in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates within a fast‑growing food & beverage brand.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, source candidates via portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and manage pre‑employment steps such as medical checks and work‑pass applications.
• Facilitate onboarding, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, hiring trackers and regular progress reports.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns, career fairs and other talent‑acquisition initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support for HR and recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal HR/recruitment experience are welcome.
• Internship, part‑time or project experience in HR, recruitment, F&B or hospitality is an advantage.
