Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment delivery across technology and project‑based accounts. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career recruiters who want hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and other channels.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings and match candidates to job and client requirements.
• Prepare and submit candidate profiles for review.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer management, documentation and onboarding arrangements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the recruitment system.
• Build pipelines for recurring and high‑volume positions.
• Post and update job advertisements on approved platforms.
• Provide timely recruitment updates to senior team members.
• Assist with recruitment reports and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Up to two years of experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, sales or administration (optional).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and the technology sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates via phone, video or face‑to‑face.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and follow‑ups.
• Willing to learn and receptive to guidance and feedback.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
