Learning & Development Specialist – Public Finance Team

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver innovative learning solutions for the public finance and procurement community. The role blends curriculum design, digital content creation, and consultancy to boost professional capabilities in the public sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning needs and develop curricula aligned with competency frameworks and training roadmaps.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to shape course content, outcomes, and assessment methods.
• Design and produce digital learning assets such as infographics, videos, and articles.
• Evaluate the impact of learning interventions at individual and organizational levels.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to research that keeps programmes fresh and relevant.
• Lead consultancy projects for public agencies, applying design thinking and process‑improvement methodologies.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on project progress, budgets, and timelines.

Required profile

• Experience in designing learning interventions, digital learning, and conducting learning‑needs analyses (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong planning, analytical and communication abilities; comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, meticulous, and resourceful with a commitment to integrity and excellence.
• Ability to work effectively with citizens, public‑sector stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
