Logistics Coordinator – Medical Consumables (1-year contract)

About the role
The Logistics Coordinator (NUHS) ensures that medical consumables are continuously available across major Singapore hospitals. This is a one‑year fixed‑term position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, supporting National University Hospital, Woodlands Health, Changi General Hospital, Alexandra Hospital and Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish medical consumables on time for assigned wards across multiple healthcare institutions.
- Physically transport consumables (approximately 17–20 kg) onto trolleys and deliver them efficiently to designated wards.
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks related to inventory and delivery.
Required profile
- No formal qualifications are required.
- Ability to lift and move loads of roughly 17–20 kg as part of daily duties.
