Logistics Solution Manager

About the role

SHOPLINE is seeking a Logistics Solution Manager to design, build, and optimise 4PL logistics solutions for Singapore‑based local delivery and cross‑border B2C parcel shipping. You will work closely with the sales team to translate merchant needs into practical logistics offerings and ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise Singapore local and cross‑border B2C parcel logistics solutions, including delivery, direct shipping, COD, returns and fulfillment services.
• Build and manage a network of logistics partners such as couriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, last‑mile providers and warehousing partners.
• Collaborate with sales to understand merchant requirements, provide pricing support and create customer‑facing proposals.
• Evaluate partners on cost, speed, coverage, success rate, exception handling and payment terms.
• Lead end‑to‑end solution implementation: partner onboarding, SOP creation, system integration, trial shipments and issue resolution.
• Monitor service performance, optimise routes, cost structures and customer experience.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing changes and logistics regulations in Malaysia and key cross‑border markets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, ecommerce logistics, cross‑border parcel, courier, 3PL/4PL or fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia local delivery and cross‑border B2C parcel logistics.
• Proven experience in logistics product design, partner management, vendor sourcing or logistics procurement.
• Ability to work with sales teams and convert merchant needs into clear logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across sales, operations, product, finance and external partners.
• English working proficiency.
