Manager, Employee Communications

About the role

Certis is seeking a Manager of Employee Communications to lead internal communication initiatives across its global operations. The role focuses on fostering transparency, engagement, and a strong corporate culture through strategic messaging and employee‑focused activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that align with Certis’ purpose and values.
• Serve as the primary liaison for employee communications, delivering consistent messages via digital platforms, town halls, newsletters, intranet, and other channels.
• Create and distribute engaging content such as emails, videos, employee‑app updates, and collateral.
• Advise regional markets and business units to ensure unified, brand‑consistent messaging.
• Organise employee engagement activities that promote belonging and collaboration.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 3‑4 years of relevant experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English; additional language is a plus.
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with digital and social media advertising formats.
• Strong ability to craft engaging written content for a B2B audience.
