Marketing Communications Executive

About the role

The Marketing Communications Executive will ensure all hotel communications reflect the brand identity and drive marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This full‑time position supports the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and overall guest experience through strategic content creation and media outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SMART marketing and social‑media plans for all hotel platforms.
• Produce sales and marketing collateral such as eDMs, brochures, and promotional videos.
• Manage online and social guest feedback, maintaining the media database.
• Coordinate R&B campaigns, media outreach, and ensure accurate information on digital and print assets.
• Organise hotel photo‑shoots, video‑shoots and special‑occasion promotions.
• Lead marketing partnerships, sponsorships and attend industry events to raise the hotel’s profile.
• Write press releases, create hotel collateral and consolidate media clippings.
• Liaise with suppliers, printers and designers to deliver high‑quality materials.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality or marketing (advantageous).
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to target audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
